Yesterday we took a look at Houston Metro's "model" the NY MTA and several of the problems they are having.
Last night, KTRK updated us on Metro's progress. For at least one service, the Downtown to IAH "Express" they're apt pupils.
I'm not sure what's worse: Metro's seeming inability to see there's a problem or the hubris of the brass to think that such a use of the public's money is a good thing.
