The portion of the stimulus that I liked...

...is on its way to Texas**.

(TEXAS TO RECEIVE $2.23B IN GOVERNMENT AID. Kerri Panchuck, Houston Business Journal, 03/02/10)
Texas roadways are set to receive more than $2 billion in overhauls, thanks to the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.

(snip)

In Texas alone, 450 projects have been identified at a total cost of $2.23 billion.

As for the rest of the stimulus however.....

**Look for White (or Hutchison in a run-off) to pull out the hypocrisy card (to no avail) against Perry. He's already got a stock line ("strings attached") that seems good enough for his supporters.
