Unfortunately I also feel that Bill White is the wrong candidate to make political hay regarding their (mis)use. That doesn't mean the State's typically un-curious political media isn't going to do their election year "gotcha" best to try and help him.*
*My thought is it's less their liking of White (a candidate whose proving to fit right in with the sorry Democratic ticket) that's spurring them but their desperation to avoid a Perry win which would really call into question the relevance of aging media institutions in the modern campaign.
